RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

- Submit the returns & exchanges form through our website

- Returns & Exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached.

For Returns: All items are inspected on return and once approved we will give you a full refund through bank transfer/wallet after deducting the return shipping fees. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

- NYNTYS is not responsible for return & exchange shipping fees

- Process typically takes 5-7 days to complete.

*During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*In case of failed pickup of a return due to cancellations or several reschedules, your order will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.
